Fantastic Stay with Excellent Service!

I found the staff to be very attentive and helpful. They seemed to enjoy working there. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the city center. Parking was simple. I used Justpark at Morrisons. It was a short walk to the hotel!!!
One minor issue, food was left on a table untouched for hours. The glasses were also half-drank on multiple tables. There were no clear tables to sit down at.

The hotel benefits from a superb location. I found it really convenient. Many great pubs, restaurants, and shops are just a short walk away. It's a prime spot for exploring the surrounding area.

The room was very super clean and cozy. This created a relaxing atmosphere. I could not hear any outside noise or any sound from the bar. This was a bonus. It provided a quiet and private space.

I thought the food in the bar was really good. I recommend the animal fries. The hotel boasts a fantastic downstairs and lobby area. It has great games. The delicious cocktails add to its appeal.

the hotel location proved convenient. parking at q park shambles was nearby.
the room i had at the hotel lacked soundproofing. i heard running and furniture movement during the night. this was disruptive.

The breakfast had a good variety. The location was great for accessing the town center. The staff were VERY friendly and helpful.
The air conditioning was noisy when the fan was on. The cleanliness was average with stains on the curtain. The bed was too soft for MY liking.

The staff was cute upon arrival.
The room I had was smaller than I expected. the WiFi signal was very poor, a real inconvenience (especially when trying to work). I think the hotel should improve the WiFi or lower its room price.

short walksqueaking noisesulphur smell
the location was acceptable, a short walk from the city center. it could be worse, i suppose.
The mattress protector made a ridiculous squeaking noise anytime i moved. Sleeping was like being in a symphony of bedsprings. the sulphur smell from the bathroom sink was persistent, we loved the pool. but the smell was amazing! i seemed like i was showering in rotten eggs.
